About Dailey
Dailey has years of experience focusing on litigation and he thrives in the courtroom where he can advance his clients’ interests. Dailey is prepared, organized, and has had immense success taking cases from start to finish. He has handled all levels of cases ranging from class A felonies to low level misdemeanors.
Dailey graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2015 and graduated from Marquette Law School in 2018. During Law School, Dailey worked at a Business and Transactional firm in Memphis, TN, and represented clients in court through the Milwaukee Juvenile Public Defenders Office. After Law School, Dailey worked at a general practice firm handling Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Family Law, and Criminal Law. In addition, he continued to gain experience in the courtroom at the Eau Claire Public Defender’s Office. He oversaw 100s of cases ranging in level from the initial arrest through disposition and has numerous dismissals of cases outright.
When not in the office or courtroom, Dailey enjoys tailgating for his favorite college football team (Go Hawks), hunting, golfing, fitness, and spending time with his husky.
