Brent Eisberner provides litigation services for Levine Eisberner LLC. His main focus is on personal injury and contract disputes, but he has also represented clients and businesses in preserving their rights against municipality and governmental overreach. Brent has litigation experience in the State and Federal Courts of Wisconsin and has practiced in the successful resolution of numerous Civil Rights and Personal Injury cases.
While attending the University of Wisconsin Law School, Brent graduated with Pro Bono Honors distinction, and continues to volunteer time with the Veterans Law Society, providing free legal services to veterans in need. He has also started an association of veteran attorneys attempting to better connect them with the veteran community to provide full spectrum legal services.
Prior to practicing law, Brent served as an artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps, and later filled special operations billets advising foreign forces. He deployed multiple times from 2009-2011, serving in North Africa, the Middle East, Southwest Asia, Afghanistan, Eastern Europe, and supported humanitarian relief efforts in Haiti after the devastating earthquake in 2010. He was then selected, with other top Marine Officers, as an instructor at The Basic School, the Marine Corps leadership academy. While attending law school, Brent served as an infantry officer in the Marine Corps Reserves out of Madison, WI and was promoted to Major. He is fluent in Spanish and speaks limited Arabic, Dari, and Pashto.
